Kristin will guide you in blending herbs to create your own tea blend with care and intention, encouraging reflection on the qualities each plant carries and the meaning they hold for you. Then, Yale will introduce the art of tea leaf reading, where you’ll learn the foundational skills to interpret the shapes and patterns left in the cup as tools for divination and self-reflection.
