Whether you’re looking to de-stress, simply enjoy a moment of peace, or embody deeper integrative healing, this class is perfect for all females. This class is about 90 mins long and integrates mind-body healing, conscious gentle stretching + movement, guided meditation, somatic stress release, and sound healing. Females Ages 10+ are welcome to attend with an adult.
