The Winter Solstice occurs during December’s moon cycle, which was called the Long Nights Moon by the Mohicans and other tribes. During the darkest days, indigenous cultures around the world and modern religions, too, found ways to celebrate the Light within. These longest nights of the year can be a time for us to pause and reflect deeply on our spiritual well-being.

We invite you to take a break from these modern “holi-daze” and come to our Full Long Nights Moon Yoga & Shamanic Sound Healing event. Let us embrace what we can of the darkness and nurture the Light that always, ALWAYS returns. $35 ($40 day of event)

**Please note the new time of the event is 6:30-8pm**
