Pilates – A low impact class designed to flow through Pilates exercises improving the body’s postural alignment and flexibility, while strengthening muscles and connecting breath, movement, and mindfulness. All workout levels welcome! Barre – A ballet-inspired low impact class offering toning, strengthening core work, lengthening stretches and nourishment for the soul. All workout levels welcome! We will flow between both offerings as desired/needed/requested…..both are so full body and so centering. Looking forward to having you with us. Taught by Kelsey Davis
