Qigong is an ancient Chinese energetic meditation and self-care system. Qigong (pronounced chee kung) combines simple breathing techniques, mental focus and easy physical postures – either sitting, standing or gently moving. Through regular practice, qigong helps you navigate modern-day stress with balance, more flow and inner strength. Qigong can (very loosely) be likened to no-impact Tai Chi and produces similar benefits including: reduced anxiety, stress relief, improved mental clarity and emotional balance.
