You are invited into a safe, held space to explore the parts of yourself that have been quieted, softened, or suppressed.

So many women have been taught to push down anger, rage, frustration, and grief—to be “good,” composed, and accommodating. But what is not felt does not disappear. It lives in the body, often showing up as tension, pain, disconnection, or dysregulation.

This gathering is an invitation to intentionally reconnect with these emotions and allow them to move.

Through guided somatic and embodied practices, we will create space to feel, express, and release what has been held—without judgment, without shame, and at your own pace. This is not about forcing or performing, but about listening to the body and honoring what is ready to be expressed.

Together, we will move through a supported arc of awareness, expression, and integration, so that what is released can become space—space for clarity, softness, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

All of you belongs here.
