For decades, the pace of life has been accelerating and intensifying.  Then, 2020 quite literally stopped us in our tracks.  There is a higher purpose to “the great pause.”  It is revealing to us the life saving importance of honoring the “stop signs.”

Whether we recognize it or not, the current emotional, economic, and political climates impact us at every level body, mind, and Spirit. 

“The great pause” is screaming for us to first listen to ourselves, on a cellular level.  When we begin or deepen our practice of self care we can tune into this inner guidance.  From this place, we can continue our journey aligned, centered, and prepared for whatever the future may bring.

Dr Melissa Laborsky, of Indy Healing Center, will introduce you to the connections between emotions, energy, and physical organ function.  You will learn a practical exercise that will help you move with the energy of even the most intense moments. 

Holistic Health Coach Becky Laurenzana, will then integrate breath work, movement, and guided meditation to tune you back into YOU and your body’s precious wisdom. 

Finally, we will close our evening with a powerful Qigong posture to help you deepen the connection within and build your energy foundation. 

This event is offered by the Conscious Community Collaborative.  Our Holistic Providers are co-creating and collaborating with each other and the greater community to empower healing at both the individual and collective level, during this time of intense uncertainty and unrest. The collaborative is hosting virtual events, free of charge, on the fourth Wednesday of every month.
