A 10-week educational/ experiential program that offers tools to understanding/ managing negative and intrusive thoughts in order to decrease your anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and improve overall mood. Therapist lead weekly group utilizes various evidence-based approaches such as: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing (CP), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. $216 for entire 10 week program, includes two workbooks. Program begins Sept. 7, 2019.
