NEW: Introduction to ‘Bowspring’ Yoga!!!!
Do you spend a lot of time standing or sitting? Do you suffer from regular pain in your spine or joints? Are you ready to wake up different parts of your body that you know have been asleep? Bowspring is a yoga technique that recognizes new science on the importance of healthy fascia. In this workshop you will learn how to relearn posture and alignment to shape your body in harmonic proportions (think: lean waistline and lifted glutes), develop strength and uniformity of tone, remove pain from your life, and empower yourself and have fun while doing it!
This isn’t just a practice on the mat, you can apply this postural template all day long while you are sitting, standing, and walking! This proven system enhances every single action you do with your body throughout the day… improve your game in sports, increase your ability in dance, or any other movement of choice.
Though Bowspring is a strong practice, this fundamentals class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Everyone can benefit from this healing practice! Come see for yourself!
