DESCRIPTION:Ladies\, exhale into an evening of deep rest\, nervous system nourishment\, and embodied presence on September 13th at 7pm in Carmel\, IN. This event is open to all females ages 10+ with an adult. This unique experience blends nervous system-based somatic movement and immersive sound healing while floating peacefully on the water beneath the open sky. \n  \nWe’ll begin together on land with grounding practices\, gentle somatic movement\, and breathing designed to help regulate the nervous system\, release tension\, and reconnect you to your body. From there\, you’ll be invited to settle into your personal float as we gently launch into the pool for a deeply restorative floating sound bath experience surrounded by crystal singing bowls\, healing frequencies\, the evening sky\, and the natural sounds of summer in suburbia. \n  \nWater is an incredibly powerful conductor of vibration\, allowing sound frequencies to move through the body in a uniquely immersive and restorative way. Many participants describe the experience as calming\, regulating\, expansive\, and unlike anything they’ve experienced before. \n  \nThis experience is designed to help you soften\, unwind\, quiet the noise of daily life\, and reconnect to yourself from a more grounded and supported place. \nNo experience necessary. Come exactly as you are. \nPrefer to stay on land?
