Considered a sacred medicine by the Maya\, tonight’s ceremonial-grade cacao is sourced from indigenous farmers in Guatemala. To help you feel the effects of the cacao more deeply\, we will be doing a mix of group drumming and simple tai chi movements. \nWe are gathering on the Mayan day of 13 Imox (ee-MOSH) which honors water and is represented by dolphins. This highly intuitive day is also influenced by Toj\, a day for offering our gratitude to everything that gives us life – especially sacred water. \nWe invite you to come with a healing intention from your Heart.
