| $18Qigong, an ancient technique of transforming heavy emotional energy into a higher vibrational state, is great for helping us navigate modern-day stress with more flow, balance and inner peace. Qigong can (very loosely) be likened to no-impact Tai Chi. It combines simple breathing techniques, easy mental focus and gentle physical postures – either sitting, standing or moving. (All movements can be adapted to sitting in a chair.)
In this class, through instruction and guided meditation, you’ll learn a variety of simple, yet effective self-care practices, including:
